About this workshop

NOTE: This course is a face to face workshop, delivered by a presenter at a physical venue.

This one-day workshop will help you and a small group of peers to convert knowledge into skills. Guided by an RCS advisor, the open forum format encourages discussion of practical implementation methods that address your current challenges.

By working in small groups of six to eight businesses from your area, you will have more time to focus on your own grazing business, using your own figures to:

✔ Confirm your benchmark carrying capacity and green date
✔ Start and/or check your grazing chart is correct, and learn how to use what it’s telling you
✔ Use the graze period calculator to work out your grazing plan for the current season
✔ Refresh the RCS Grazing Principles and review how you are implementing them at home

By mastering the RCS Grazing Principles, you’ll get the most out of your land, livestock and business.

  • What does this workshop cost?

    The course fee is $500 per business inc. GST. Up to four participants can attend per business.

  • What is included in the workshop fee?

    The workshop fee covers all supplies you'll need for the day, world-class facilitation by an RCS presenter, tea and coffee and lifetime access to the RCS tools and templates.

  • What is the timetable for the workshop?

    The workshop starts at 8:30 am and finishes at 4:30 pm. You can start arriving from 8:00 am so you have time to grab a name tag and find a seat.

  • How do I register?

    To register, please click on the 'Register Now' button on this page and follow the prompts. If you are not logged into an RCS Global Learning Hub account, an account creation page will appear first. Please either login or create an account. The check-out page will appear after you've created or logged into your account. Please enter your credit card details to secure a place. Once you’ve enrolled, please complete the online preparation materials on the following screen, including the second form that asks for the names of others attending from your business, your dietary requirements and other essential details.
